Today we wish to introduce you to a newish member of the team, Elle.
Elle started with us about two months ago after moving back to London from Warrington, where she had worked in recruitment for a couple of years.
She has quickly settled into the Inspiring team after deciding to specialise in education recruitment.
She believes the passion her fellow recruiters have for the sector is palpable and she finds the culture at Inspiring friendly, honest and positive. Her role is holistic meaning, like all our consultants, she handles relationships with both candidates and clients.
Day to day, that means talking to candidates, posting jobs online and talking to schools about their requirements; all made more meaningful now face to face meetings are the norm again. Elle has noticed that the process at Inspiring is about matching exactly the right candidate with the right job, and not giving up until that happens.
